Description

Beit Hawa, which means �House of the Breezes�, is perched 50 feet above the turquoise waters of the Caribbean and offers sweeping easterly views across Rendezvous Bay and Reef Bay. Located just a few minutes drive from Cruz Bay, it is in the exclusive Boatman Point enclave and provides an idyllic, secluded vacation setting.

The stone and silvery gray wood framed house features spectacular views through picture windows and sliding glass doors along the seaside living room and dining area, both furnished with comfortable rattan furniture and decorated with warm earth colors. The well-appointed kitchen also offers magnificent vistas across the broad counter-bar to the sea and through the rear window onto the terraces above brimming with yellow allamanda and flaming bougainvillea.

The unique bedroom arrangement in Beit Hawa sleeps six - two in a separate master bedroom suite, complete with scenic dressing room, private bath and tropical outdoor shower garden and four in two attractive loft bedrooms with breathtaking views from all beds.

Beit Hawa offers numerous decks and balconies where guests can enjoy the sound of the waves crashing on the rocks below drink in the colors of the sunrises over the Caribbean or watch the hummingbirds and banaquits dart from flower to flower.

Hidden beneath the main floor of Beit Hawa is a small caretaker's apartment. It has its own private entrance away from the upper house and is tucked beneath the concrete foundation to ensure total privacy for guests on the main level.

Beit Hawa or "House of Breezes" provides blissful solitude at the edge of the Caribbean Sea.
