The second bedroom can be made up as a king or twins. The magnificent view of the islands greets you as you step onto the main deck. Enjoy a cold drink from the bar while relaxing at the pool. This charming villa has many inviting nooks and decks inviting you to sit and relax.
A home office is available for guest use in the great room overlooking the BVI. The charming little lower bedroom is perfect for a single adult or teen.
Breathtaking views...for the adventurer at heart

We stayed at Esprit with extended family and enjoyed our time there very much. The "meet and greet" was much appreciated. When we got off of the car barge, an employee met us and drove to the villa while we followed. Good Thing! We would have had a hard time finding the place in the dark without her. We had a sturdy SUV vehicle and we needed it to get to the villa on the rugged terrain. The villa was clean, beautiful and felt like home to us. The views spectacular and we looked forward to watching the sunrise over the mountain each day. We went in early December which meant the "Christmas Winds" were blowing all the time giving us relief after a hot day of hiking or snorkeling. We could sleep comfortably with the windows open and the a/c off most of the time. The villa had all of the necessities and was worth the price. I would definitely recommend this villa for the adventure and experience.

Paradise 0NLY gets better

I have been coming to St. John for over 40 years and never tire of the experience. I have traveled all over the world but always come back for some quality down time. My stay at Espirit was great and the view never ceases to give me great pleasure. Over the years I have stayed in many Villas on the island, some extremely lavish, some very modest and I can say Espirit was great...value, location, just enough luxury etc. Its location at mid-island gives you the best of both worlds...I plan on staying there again

Quiet, Central Is Island, Spectacular View

Very comfortable living area, fine kitchen, well maintained, small pool, multiple decks, three bedrooms (one of which is small and for one person). Spectacular view from approx 1000 foot elevation to beautifully convoluted North island coast, and other islands including Virgin Gorda and Tortola. Approx 15 minute drive to Cruz Bay. 10 minute drive to best beaches. Roads to villa are in good condition almost the entire distance (bumpy dirt roads are a negative for some other beautiful villas).

St. John is always Terrific

We love St. John and have been coming for many years and have rented many houses. This house was beautifully designed and decorated. It would probably appeal most to folks who have been to St. John previously and are ready to explore some less-visited areas of the island. House had some fairly minor maintenance issues, and hope they can be correctly quickly.

This January, my husband, daughter and I had the pleasure of staying on the mountain in Esprit. We loved it. We have traveled to St John on occasions. We have stayed in several different places, Esprit was our favorite. The house was very comfortable, the pool was refreshing and the isolated location made us feel like we had the island to ourselves.

My wife & I have been coming to St. John for over 13 yrs. We have stayed in large, expensive villas, as well as smaller ones. Villa Esprit was the cleanest villa we have rented. The view is breathtaking! There were no mosquitoes due to the tradewinds, and the features of this villa, e.g. privacy, cleanliness, proximity to north shore beaches, & price, make this one of the best deals in St. John. The only downside is that 7 days isn't long enough.
