Villa Description

This brand new villa was completed in 2008. It has stunning sunset views of St Thomas and Great Cruz Bay. This modern home features granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances.

Marble flooring and two story wood ceilings add to the Caribbean feel that flows thought this gorgeous home. No expense was spared, including redwood doors to create a unique tropical paradise.

The house features four separate bedrooms with their own baths and flat screen TV's with DVD players. The two master suites have four-poster beds and tempurpedic mattresses. The 3rd bedroom features a queen size bed and the 4th features two twin sleigh beds with trundles, allowing four people to sleep comfortably.

The home actually sleeps up to fifteen with two queen and one twin pullout couches, as well as a day bed. There are two separate living rooms with HD flat screen TV's and PlayStation for the kids. The home also has a ping pong table. The lower level family room is directly off the pool deck and has a its own refrigerator and plenty of seating, lending itself to entertainment. Soul Island is very kid friendly and has lots of extra things for the little ones.

There is a huge pool and a hub tub on the balcony. Large double loungers make sunbathing even more comfortable, while surrounded by beautiful tropical flowers and pristine landscaping. The sound system has speakers outside, around the balcony and pool. The house is extremely private with very few neighbors close.
